Crisis Helpline

Our helpline is staffed by therapists 365 days a year to offer immediate support over the phone. If you don’t feel that you can pick up the phone, our text* service is also available 24/7. (*standard message rates apply)
Therapy Services
Pieta provides Therapy for suicidal thoughts, self-harm, and those bereaved by suicide. Call 0818 111 126 to arrange an appointment.
Bereavement Support
Pieta provides practical support to anyone who needs help in the aftermath of a loss through suicide. You don't have to do this alone.
Education & Training
Pieta's Education & Training services provide the Resilience Academy and Amber Flag initiatives. You are also welcome to send us bespoke training requests.
